About the RoleAs an Electrician, you'll perform skilled commercial electrical work while working independently or as part of a crew. You'll install electrical systems, read blueprints, solve field issues, and help deliver quality work that meets the National Electrical Code (NEC), project specifications, and company standards.
What You'll Do- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot commercial electrical systems and equipment.
- Read blueprints, specifications, and electrical drawings to complete assigned work.
- Install conduit, wire, panels, devices, lighting, and electrical equipment.
- Perform underground work, rough-in, trim-out, equipment installation, and finish work.
- Pull and terminate conductors, including large cable installations and motor control wiring.
- Operate electrical tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Identify and report field issues that impact safety, quality, or production.
- Work closely with Leads, Foremen, Superintendents, and other trades to keep projects moving.
- Help train and support less experienced team members.
- Follow company safety policies and maintain a clean, organized work area
QualificationsWe're looking for someone who has:
- Two or more years of commercial electrical construction experience.
- A working knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC).
- The ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and electrical plans.
- Experience installing commercial electrical systems, including underground, rough-in, trim-out, equipment installation, and finish work.
- Experience pulling and terminating conductors, installing conduit, and operating common commercial electrical tools and equipment.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to work independently while contributing to a team.
- Reliable transportation.
- The ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and perform the physical demands of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.
