What is a trim manager?

A Trim Manager is a professional responsible for overseeing the procurement, inventory, and quality control of garment trims such as buttons, zippers, labels, and other accessories used in apparel manufacturing. They coordinate with suppliers, production teams, and designers to ensure that the required trims are available on time and meet quality standards.
