We are seeking a Freestanding ER Imaging Float Technologist PRN for our team to ensure that we continue to provide all patients with high quality, efficient care. Job Summary and Qualifications

The Free-standing ED (FSED) Float tech is required to work at all Trident Health System free-standing ED Imaging departments to meet the specific needs of each facility.

What you will do in this role:

  • Perform all duties relating to the specific primary and post primary imaging modalities in which they are working (both RAD and CT).
  • Competently operate all diagnostic RAD and CT equipment to include preparing the rooms with the necessary equipment and supplies for the imaging exam.
  • Assist in the primary mission of the FSED Imaging department by ensuring that proper diagnostic information is provided through the production of high-quality scans, protocol adherence, critical thinking, excellent patient care, and obtaining clinically relevant history.

What qualifications you will need:

  • Must be ARRT (R) registered with a post primary certification of ARRT (CT) preferred. 
  • SCRQSA as required 
  • BLS required
  • 1+ years of experience in medical imaging strongly preferred
  • Employee must be competent to work at all FSED Imaging departments within Trident Health System.
