Triangle Springs is a 77-bed behavioral health hospital located in Raleigh, NC. We treat substance abuse and mental health patients. Our vision is to create a place where people choose to come for healthcare, physicians and providers want to practice, and employees want to work.

How you'll contribute

A Registered Nurse (RN) who excels in this role:

  • Assesses patients and plans care within established timeframes while documenting findings according to policies and procedures
  • Oversees and supervises the shift, including delegating tasks such as groups, close observation, and meal supervision
  • Ensures nursing policies and procedures are followed while delivering exemplary patient care
  • Monitors patients for changes in condition and responds appropriately, including physician notification when necessary
  • Administers medications in accordance with hospital policy
  • Uses empathy, dignity, and respect in all patient interactions
  • Delivers quality nursing care to ensure treatment plan goals are properly executed
  • Assists with and performs comprehensive nursing assessments on all patients
  • Performs timely and accurate documentation in the medical record

What we're looking for

The ideal candidate will have a current Registered Nurse (RN) license and a passion for behavioral health nursing. Additional requirements include:

  • Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire
  • Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) certification required within 30 days of hire
  • Behavioral health or acute care experience preferred

Schedule: 3x12, Days (7a-7p), rotating weekends

Sign-On Bonus: $10,000
