What is a trial assistant?

Trial assistants are legal professionals who support attorneys and legal teams during the preparation and execution of trials. Trial assistants play a crucial role in helping attorneys present their cases effectively and efficiently.

These competencies ensure efficient trial preparation, accurate document handling, and effective support to attorneys during high-stakes litigation.
