This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner to join an employed position within a busy, well-respected practice, supported by a strong referral base and the full resources of a robust health system network.
  • The Team & Structure: Step into a highly autonomous clinical environment where you are the sole provider on-site, fully supported by a dedicated Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), LPN, or RN. What You Will Need
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
  • Nurse Practitioner specializing in Prescriptive Authority credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.
  • Registered Nurse credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:
  • Master's degree of Nursing required.

Additional Preferences
  • Clinical Autonomy: Demonstrated comfort and proficiency working as a solo on-site provider, demonstrating high-level clinical decision-making skills.
  • Collaborative Communication: Strong interpersonal skills necessary to effectively direct on-site clinical support staff (CMAs/LPNs/RNs) and seamlessly communicate with the broader regional provider network.
