We are seeking highly motivated Tank Cleaning Technicians for performing all aspects of chemical tank trailer, ISO, railcar, and above-ground storage tank cleaning and inspection. Must be mechanically-inclined and enjoy working outdoors in physically demanding conditions.

What will you be doing?

  • Disassemble and repair valves, pressure relief devices and diaphragm pumps using various hand tools
  • Perform confined space entry and work at heights when required
  • Safely utilize respirators and other safety equipment
  • Properly handle, mix, and dispose of cleaning chemicals and materials
  • Operate power washers, lifts, fall protection and other industrial equipment
  • Follow all safety protocols including donning/doffing PPE, lockout/tagout, bonding and grounding

What makes you the right fit?

  • You have a high school diploma or equivalent experience (trade school is even better!)
  • You can lift up to 50 lbs and perform strenuous physical labor on a daily basis.
  • You have great reading, communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills
  • You are able to travel and work a flexible schedule
  • You must be able to use hand tools like a sawzall, drill, or dremel tool. If you have experience in tank cleaning, pressure washing, or maintenance, that's a plus!
  • A Class A or B driver's license and/or forklift certification is preferred but not required!
  • Confined space rescue training/certification is a big help but we provide it if you don't already have it!


PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk, hear, stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS:

Industrial warehouse environment and exposure to inclement weather.
