Work Environment

Operating from our state-of-the-art rehabilitation center in Bradenton, you will be immersed in a supportive and empowering environment. Our facility is equipped with advanced rehabilitation technology and equipment to ensure comprehensive care for our patients. You will work Monday to Friday, providing you with a balanced work-life integration while being part of a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate evaluation findings and treatment plans effectively to patients and their families, involving them in the goal-setting process to enhance compliance and outcomes.
  • Implement evidence-based treatment protocols tailored to each patient's specific needs, continually adapting your approach to align with medical best practices and evolving healthcare standards.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care, documenting any changes in patient conditions that may necessitate adjustments in the treatment plan.

  • Contribute actively to achieving departmental goals and objectives, participating in community-based marketing efforts to promote the practice.
  • Pursue ongoing professional development through continuing education, ensuring the enhancement of your own skill set and the overall competency of the therapy team.
  • Champion an excellent customer experience by providing compassionate care and support to patients navigating the rehab process, helping eliminate barriers to access treatment.

  • Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association is mandatory.
  • No prior work experience is required, though it may be preferred.
