Position Summary:

Trend Micro is investing in a world-class, AI-ready digital experience that reflects our leadership in Trend Micro is seeking a strategic and execution-focused Director of Ecosystem Partnerships to help build and scale a global partner ecosystem that accelerates enterprise adoption of Trend Micro's AI-driven cybersecurity solutions.

This leader will develop and manage strategic partnerships across cloud platforms, technology providers, AI innovators, and global systems integrators to drive joint solutions, customer adoption, and partner-influenced revenue growth.

The Director will work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Global Alliances teams to identify high-impact ecosystem opportunities, develop integrated solutions, and enable coordinated go-to-market strategies with strategic partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute ecosystem partnership strategy aligned with Trend Micro's platform and growth priorities.

  • Identify, recruit, and develop strategic partnerships across cloud platforms, AI innovators, enterprise technology providers, and systems integrators.

  • Build partner value propositions that drive differentiated joint solutions and measurable customer outcomes.

  • Partner with Product and Engineering teams to prioritize integrations and develop validated joint solutions.

  • Develop and scale joint go-to-market initiatives with strategic partners.

  • Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline in alignment with sales leadership.

  • Build relationships with global and regional systems integrators to support enterprise deployments and managed services.

  • Enable scalable services models that support long-term customer adoption.

  • Establish partner engagement models including co-build, co-sell, co-market, and co-deliver motions.

  • Track ecosystem performance through joint pipeline, partner-sourced revenue, and adoption of integrated solutions.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in technology alliances, ecosystem partnerships, or strategic partnerships.

  • Proven ability to build and scale partner programs that drive revenue and customer adoption.

  • Experience working with enterprise software, cloud platforms, or cybersecurity technologies.

  • Strong executive communication skills and ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Experience working with hyperscalers (AWS Preferred)

  • Familiarity with AI platforms, data ecosystems, or enterprise security technologies.

  • Experience working with global systems integrators or consulting organizations.

Success will be measured through:

  • Growth in partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue

  • Expansion of strategic ecosystem partnerships

  • Adoption of joint solutions with key partners

  • Strength of partner-driven pipeline and go-to-market alignment
