Job description

The only experience necessary is valid Driver's License and a positive attitude.
What will be required of you?
- Uses, maintains, and cleans all equipment, and ensures secured storage for equipment.
- Observes safety practices according to company policy, OSHA, and ANSI Z133.1
- Anticipates, identifies, and reports system breakdowns to the Crew Leader to achieve maximum customer satisfaction.
- Communicates with Crew Leader and co-workers regarding production/service deficiencies, equipment, safety problems, etc
- Completes tree maintenance operations safe and efficiently for maximum production
- Trims or removes trees by climbing or with the aid of an aerial lift device, but only under the direct supervision of a crew leader or qualified climber
- Loads and unloads trucks with logs, brush and debris; lifts and feeds brush into brush chipper
- Works from the ground using hand saws, pole saws and pruners, hand pruners, loppers and gasoline powered chain saws
- Drives trucks or operates other equipment as assigned
- Must have high level of mobility/flexibility in space provided
- Must be able to work under heavy pressure/stress during busy times.
- Exposure to outdoor elements and sometimes adverse weather conditions
- Continuous Motion/ NO FEAR OF HEIGHTS
- Must be able to hear verbal instructions from a distance
- Ability to lift loads of at least 25-50 pounds
