TREE REMOVAL CREW LEADER / FOREMAN
Role Purpose
The Crew Leader is responsible for jobsite leadership, safety enforcement, crew coordination, and customer experience.
Core Responsibilities
  • Lead daily job briefings, JSAs, and EAPs
  • Enforce all safety rules without exception
  • Assign tasks and manage workflow
  • Communicate professionally with customers
  • Inspect vehicles, equipment, and PPE daily
  • Ensure quality workmanship and cleanup standards
  • Complete daily reports and documentation
