In this role, you are the backbone of our operations, ensuring every job site is safe, every client is happy, and every branch is handled with a focus on long-term sustainability.

  • Site Support: Assist climbers and aerial lift operators by managing ropes, lowering limbs, and clearing debris.
  • Equipment Operation: Safely operate wood chippers, chainsaws, blowers, tractors, skid steers, and stump grinders.
  • Safety Coordination: Maintain a "Safety First" perimeter (cone placement, pedestrian control) and participate in daily tailgate safety briefings.
  • Sustainability Practices: Assist in processing organic waste for mulching and ensuring minimal impact on the surrounding landscape and soil.
