Barberton Tree Service has been a trusted, family-owned and operated company for over 55 years! We are located in Barberton, OH, with only one centralized location.

We are seeking a highly motivated, passionate, and detail-oriented professional who demonstrates strong leadership skills daily. As a Foreman, you will be responsible for leading your crew safely, efficiently, and effectively from start to finish on each job, while delivering excellent customer service.

Requirements:

  • Ability to prune and remove trees in limited drop zones.
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional climbing experience.
  • Valid Ohio Driver’s License with a clean driving record (Class A CDL preferred).
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
  • Team-oriented, flexible, and focused on delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Working knowledge of tree care equipment.
  • Consistent use of proper PPE and safety procedures.
  • Ability to pass a drug screening.
