We are seeking a self-motivated and relationship-driven individual to help support our rapidly growing commercial business in Portland, Oregon region. As a Commercial Arborist Representative (CAR), you will identify and cultivate commercial opportunities amongst a diverse client type in the Portalnd, Oregon area and elsewhere.
This is an opportunity to be part of an enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and diversified commercial arborist team that supports and mentors each other throughout the US, Canada, UK, and Ireland. Responsibilities
  • Effectively network and prospect with industry leaders throughout the Portland, Oregon area.
  • Generate multiple-year Tree Management Plans for our existing and new commercial clients and prospects.
  • Supervise multifaceted tree care projects and ensure jobs are completed per the signed contract and to the client's satisfaction.
  • Attend industry trade shows and networking events throughout the US.
  • Work alongside and build rapport with other Bartlett Tree Experts Arborist Representatives that support our tree care clients throughout the local area.
  • Adhere to proven Bartlett sales protocols to generate new business and manage your existing commercial relationships.

Qualifications
  • ISA Arborist Certification
  • An understanding of GPS, tree management programs, and inventory services
  • Highly developed interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to identify plants, diagnose pest and cultural problems and recommend corrective action or proactive management plans
  • A degree in Arboriculture, Forestry, Horticulture, Plant Science, Landscape Management, Environmental Science, or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Valid driver's license and clean motor vehicle record
