Sunbird Properties Maintenance, LLC is a family-owned and operated 5-Star professional tree service company. Servicing Pasco, Hernando, and Citrus Countries.
We are looking for a motivated individual with a positive attitude to join our team. We are a growing tree service company that takes pride in our work and provides excellent customer service to our clients.
We are currently looking to hire a tree service groundsman with a minimum of 2 years experience in the tree care/service industry.
Full-time pay: $17.50 - $20.00 an hour depending on experience.
Job Responsibilities include:
  • Previous Groundsman experience in the tree service industry
  • Operating chain-saws, polesaws, hedger trimmers, string trimmer, leaf blower
  • Gathering debris and feeding the wood chipper.
  • Use of a chainsaw and/or a pole saw to cut up brush and logs.
  • Good physical strength, fitness, vision, and hearing.
  • Ability to climb ladders, stand, walk, kneel, and stoop.
  • Ability to transport heavy items.
  • Ability to perform physical labor such as lifting a minimum of 50 lbs to shoulder height or more.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Superb communication skills
  • A positive attitude
  • Must be willing to work in all temperatures and weather.
  • Must have a valid driverโ€™s license.
