We are seeking experienced and reliable Tree Groundsmen with a valid Class B CDL to join our team in Rochester Hills, MI. The ideal candidate will assist with tree removal, pruning, and general grounds maintenance while ensuring safety and efficiency on every job site.

Responsibilities
  • Assist tree climbers and equipment operators during tree removal and pruning operations.
  • Operate and maintain chainsaws, chippers, and other tree care equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Load and unload trucks and equipment, ensuring proper securing of loads.
  • Drive company vehicles requiring a Class B CDL to and from job sites.
  • Clear debris and maintain clean and safe work areas.
  • Follow all safety protocols and company policies at all times.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
Qualifications
  • Valid Class B Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with a clean driving record.
  • Previous experience as a Tree Groundsman or in a similar role preferred.
