About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Tree Groundsperson to join our team. As a Tree Groundsperson, you will be responsible for maintaining and caring for trees on our clients' properties. Your main goal will be to ensure the health and safety of the trees, while also enhancing the aesthetic appeal of the surrounding landscape. You will work closely with our team of arborists and other groundspeope to ensure that all work is completed efficiently and to the highest standards.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a Tree Groundsperson or similar role
  • Knowledge of tree care and maintenance techniques
  • Ability to operate and maintain equipment safely and effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification as an arborist or similar qualification
  • Experience working with a variety of tree species and in different environments
  • Experience with pest and disease management
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members
  • Strong problem-solving skills

Responsibilities:
