About our Agency:
I opened my agency in September of 2015 after working as a State Farm team member for another agent, which gave me a strong foundation for building a high-performing, people-focused office. I'm married, born and raised in Memphis, and hold an insurance degree from the University of Georgia. Outside of work, I'm a dedicated endurance athlete which reflects the discipline, resilience, and goal-driven mindset that shape our agency.
Our office is home to two golden retrievers who proudly serve as our unofficial mascots and add to the fun, welcoming environment. Community involvement is important to us. We volunteer with local food banks and soup kitchens, support the Salvation Army and Angel Tree program, and stay active through Saint Louis Catholic Church, youth advising, peewee football coaching, and the Rotary Club.
For our team, we offer a flex four-day workweek when goals are met, additional PTO days, free snacks and drinks, team lunches, bi-monthly team outings, stress management resources, a 401k, health benefits, paid licensing, and flexibility when needed. Our culture is close-knit, energetic, and collaborative, and we're looking for driven, competitive, future-focused self-starters who thrive in a fun environment where hard work and teamwork go hand in hand.
Position Overview:Are you an experienced financial services and insurance professional who thrives on building strong customer relationships and guiding clients toward a secure financial future? Our State Farm agency is seeking a customer-focused individual who can confidently consult on financial planning, life and health insurance, and long-term protection strategies.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys meaningful conversations with customers, has strong analytical skills, and can identify the right mix of products to meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Consult customers on financial planning, investment options, and life/health insurance coverage
  • Assist customers with portfolio management, asset allocation, and risk management strategies
  • Conduct financial reviews and recommend personalized product solutions
  • Maintain compliance with financial and insurance regulations
  • Perform customer needs analysis and engage in sales conversations

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Active Life & Health license
  • FINRA Series 6/63/65 or 7 license
  • Previous experience in financial services and/or insurance
  • Strong communication and analytical skills
  • Professional, trustworthy, and customer-focused demeanor

If you're ready to combine your expertise in financial services with the opportunity to lead, mentor, and make a lasting impact on customers' lives, we'd love to hear from you.
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
My team's mission is to help people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected and realize their dreams. We are located in Memphis, TN and help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including:
  • Auto insurance
  • Home insurance
  • Life insurance
  • Retirement planning
