Job Summary: 
We are seeking a skilled Tree Climber to join our team. As a Tree Climber, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently climbing trees to perform tree trimming, rigging, and other tree care tasks. This is a physically demanding role that requires knowledge of tree care techniques and equipment operation. 
Duties: 
- Safely climb trees using appropriate equipment and techniques
 - Perform tree trimming, pruning, and removals 
- Operate bucket trucks and other equipment for elevated work 
- Rig branches and limbs for safe removal
 - Assist with ground operations including chipping, hauling, and cleanup 
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and job completion
 - Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times Skills
- Strong knowledge of tree care practices and techniques
 - Proficiency in using tree climbing gear such as harnesses, ropes, and climbing spikes
 - Experience operating bucket trucks and other aerial lift equipment 
- Familiarity with rigging techniques for safe branch removal 
- Ability to assess tree health and identify potential hazards
 - Excellent physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions
