Our busy specialty dental office in the heart of Downtown Redmond is looking for a friendly, organized, and motivated Treatment Coordinator to join our amazing team. We are happy to train the right candidate—no dental experience is required!

About Us

Our office is home to three doctors and six dedicated team members, and we truly work together like one family. We value teamwork, positivity, and providing an outstanding experience for every patient who walks through our doors.

Our office is conveniently located just a 15-minute walk from the Redmond Light Rail Station and sits next to a beautiful walking trail, making it an easy and enjoyable place to work.

What You'll Do

As our Treatment Coordinator, you'll play a key role in creating a positive patient experience by:

  • Helping patients understand and schedule their treatment.
  • Answering phone calls and responding to emails and text messages.
  • Coordinating with referring dental offices.
  • Building relationships with patients and referral partners.
  • Assisting with marketing visits to referring offices.
  • Working closely with our doctors and clinical team to ensure exceptional patient care.
