Role Overview

The Treasury Analyst will support the execution of Adtran's global treasury strategy, liquidity management, banking initiatives, foreign exchange risk management, treasury technology projects, and capital structure activities. This role offers broad exposure to corporate treasury operations, banking relationships, debt compliance, cash forecasting, and strategic treasury transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Liquidity Management & Cash Forecasting

Support daily and weekly global cash position reporting.

Assist in preparing short-term and long-term cash forecasts.

Analyze cash flow trends and identify liquidity risks and opportunities.

Support liquidity planning under revolving credit facilities and cash pooling structures.

Assist with intercompany funding and global cash movement activities.

Treasury Transformation & Systems

Support implementation and optimization of Treasury Management Systems (Kyriba, SAP Treasury, related applications).

Participate in bank account rationalization and global banking structure projects.

Assist with treasury automation initiatives and reporting enhancements.

Help maintain treasury data integrity across banking and ERP platforms.

Foreign Exchange & Risk Management

Assist in monitoring global foreign exchange exposures.

Support hedge execution and tracking activities.

Prepare FX exposure and hedge effectiveness reporting.

Coordinate with business units to improve FX forecasting and risk identification.

Banking & Capital Structure

Support management of global banking relationships.

Coordinate banking documentation, KYC requests, and account administration.

Assist with debt compliance reporting and covenant calculations.

Support refinancing, capital markets, and financing activities as required.

Prepare materials for lender meetings and bank relationship reviews.

Letter of Credit and Bank Guarantee Management

Treasury Analytics & Reporting

Develop treasury dashboards and KPI reporting.

Perform analysis of liquidity, working capital, and financing costs.

Assist in preparation of Board, Audit Committee, and executive treasury presentations.

Prepare ad hoc financial analyses supporting strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field.

1-3 years of treasury, finance, accounting, banking, or FP&A experience preferred.

Strong Excel and financial modeling skills.

Experience with SAP, Kyriba, Power BI, or similar systems preferred.

Understanding of cash forecasting and financial statements.

Strong analytical and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of treasury operations and banking products.

Exposure to foreign exchange or financial risk management.

Experience with data analytics tools.

Interest in treasury technology and process automation.

Professional certifications (CTP, CFA, CPA track) a plus.
