Job description

Position Summary:

Responsible for leading and supporting systems, automation efforts in the Treasury Department and assisting with other reporting tasks as needed. This role oversees daily receipt and integration of data/reporting from numerous banking counterparties, supports the Kyriba treasury management system, develops other reporting and automation using Alteryx and PowerBI, and supports other reporting and analysis as needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Owns and executes the daily administration and continuous improvement of treasury system integrations, ensuring the successful execution, monitoring, and optimization of data exchanges with banking and lending partners.
  • Serves as a subject matter expert in treasury data automation, leveraging Alteryx to design, enhance, and support complex data workflows that improve efficiency, scalability, and data quality.
  • Develops and enhances enterprise treasury reporting and analytics solutions, utilizing Power BI to deliver actionable insights and that support management decision-making.
  • Serves as Kyriba subject matter expert and primary system administrator, leading system enhancements, managing configuration issues, and diagnosing and resolving issues as they arise.
  • Leads improvements to Supports daily/monthly reporting and reconciliation processes.
  • Prepares and presents complex financial analyses, dashboards, and ad hoc reporting for senior leadership, providing insights that support treasury and liquidity management decisions.
  • Leads the design, development, and implementation of interfaces between systems, improving data integrity, process efficiency, and operational effectiveness.
  • Performs other duties and projects assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting, and/or a minimum of six (6) + years’ experience in a Financial Analyst or Business Analyst role required.
  • Experience in the Mortgage industry (or other financial services) preferred.
  • Must have experience with SQL and report design/building in PowerBI.
  • Must have Alteryx and Kyriba experience.
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems is required.

Base salary is one piece of our total rewards package and is structured within a range so you can progress as you grow in the role.  For this position, the anticipated annual base salary range is $108,000 to $148,500 nationally. In certain high-cost geographic markets (CA), the anticipated annual base salary range is $124,000 to $170,500.  Actual compensation will depend on your skills, experience, qualifications, and the work location tied to our geographic pay structure.
