Job description

Base Compensation Range:
Base salary is one component of total compensation. Employees may also be eligible for an annual bonus and some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay. The above represents the expected base compensation range for this job requisition. Ultimately, in determining pay, we consider various factors including, but not limited to, skills and experience.
Join our Treasury Management team and play a key role in delivering an exceptional client experience from day one. You'll coordinate end-to-end client onboarding, support Treasury Management services, and help clients confidently adopt digital banking solutions. Working closely with internal partners and clients, you'll ensure operational excellence through accurate implementation, compliance, and proactive support while contributing to process improvements that enhance efficiency and service across the team.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Supports end-to-end Treasury client onboarding and servicing, coordinating account and service setups, preparing documentation, and conducting client training on digital tools to ensure a consistent, high-quality, client-focused experience.
  • Serves as a primary contact for Treasury clients, addressing inquiries, facilitating account updates, resolving transactional issues, and collaborating with Treasury Sales, Operations, and Branch teams to deliver timely, accurate, and customized solutions.
  • Executes Treasury Management setups and implementations, including account analysis and digital banking services, performing file testing, validation, and system configuration to ensure accuracy and operational integrity.
  • Monitors operational workflows and exception activity related to new services, maintenance, and client requests, while assisting with proposals, projects, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Performs compliance and risk monitoring, including OFAC, ACH, and wire checks; monitoring RDC and ACH limits; completing annual reviews; and escalating potential issues to management as appropriate.
  • Supports performance tracking and reporting by maintaining operational documentation and assisting management with monthly reports on key sales, service, and client experience metrics.
  • Contributes to individual and team development by participating in training and cross-training initiatives and fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and client service excellence.

REQUIRED SKILLS: Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to manage workflow, multiple projects and daily tasks; effectively prioritizing in a deadline driven environment. Possesses attention to detail, accuracy, and a sense of urgency in execution and follow-up. Skilled in adopting and leveraging technologies to enhance efficiency, communication, and task management. Exercises discretion and maintains confidentiality.
WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Work is generally performed in an office environment, with frequent interruptions. Ability to stay in a stationary position, operate a computer, move inside the workplace and exchange information. Notary Public license. This position is eligible for a hybrid work arrangement in accordance with Webster Five's Remote Work Policy.
MINIMUM EDUCATION: Associate's Degree in related discipline or equivalent years of experience.
MINIMUM PRIOR EXPERIENCE: 3 years of related business experience in financial services.
