Job description

Overview

In this pivotal role, you'll ensure quality delivery and ongoing support of all Treasury Management products and services-including additions, deletions, and changes-through the completion, validation, and maintenance of setup forms, agreements, billing, and client documentation; coordination of fulfillment materials; and effective transition and ongoing support of customers across Treasury Management teams. This responsibility also includes managing a high volume of inbound and outbound client calls in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining accuracy, responsiveness, and a high level of customer service, as well as the ability to identify individual customer needs and collaborate with Treasury Officers and internal partners to deliver appropriate solutions.ย 

What You'll Do
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for Treasury Management customers, including complex corporate relationships, delivering high-quality service and issue resolutionย 
  • Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound client communications while maintaining accuracy, responsiveness, and professionalismย 
  • Oversee the end-to-end delivery and support of Treasury Management products and services, including onboarding, maintenance, and enhancementsย 
  • Coordinate with internal partners (Treasury Officers, Inside Sales, Sales Enablement and Billing) to ensure alignment and seamless client experienceย 
  • Prepare, validate, and maintain all required client documentation, including setup forms, agreements, and service-related records in designated systems
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of implementations, service requests, and account maintenance activities in accordance with established service level agreements (SLAs)ย 
  • Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues to prevent customer impact, operational delays, or risk exposureย 
  • Support customer with system access, product usage, and technical inquiries, including assistance with hardware and software setup when applicableย 
  • Provide client education, onboarding support, and ongoing guidance on Treasury products and servicesย 
  • Deliver and maintain all client-facing materials, including user guides, instructions, and reference documentationย 
  • Validate and support Treasury Management billing processes, including account analysis, fee accuracy, and resolution of billing inquiriesย 
  • Collaborate with Treasury Officers and Inside Sales to ensure pricing, billing setup, and service delivery align with client agreementsย 
  • Monitor client activity and interactions to identify potential risks, fraud concerns, or control gaps, and escalate as appropriateย 
  • Facilitate smooth transitions between onboarding and ongoing support, ensuring continuity of service and client satisfactionย 
  • Provide cross-functional support across Treasury Management teams as needed to meet operational demands
  • Applies to multiple roles within Treasury Management, including Billing, Implementation, Support, and Fraud
Requirements For Success
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; four-year degree in a business-related field preferred or equivalent education and related training
  • 3+ years' experience banking required
  • 3+ years' customer service, call center, treasury management or operations experience required
  • Excellent communication skills required
  • Ability to multi-task required
  • Strong computer and technology skills required
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills with demonstrated capacity for sound judgement
  • Ability to work independently, be well organized, and manage detailed work assignments with a high degree of accuracy

POSITION TYPE

This is a full-time position that requires schedule flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
