Position Summary:
The Director of Treasury Risk & Analytics combines enterprise financial risk ownership with advanced financial modeling and scenario analytics to support Treasury decision-making across hedging, liquidity, capital structure, and M&A activities.
This role serves as the analytical backbone of Treasury risk strategy, owning both exposure management and the quantitative models that inform hedging, funding, and strategic decisions.
Position Responsibilities:
Financial Risk Management
  • Own interest rate, commodity, and FX risk management programs
  • Design policies, limits, and governance frameworks
  • Work cross-functionally to quantify risk exposures
  • Design data flows to support effective risk management
  • Recommend and implement effective hedge strategies
  • Oversee counterparty relationships and trading activities
  • Partner with business segments to develop service level agreements
  • Develop trading support within Treasury or at the business level
  • Deliver enterprise risk reporting and executive insights
  • Coordinate hedge accounting support and documentation
  • Lead the risk management planning & integration of acquired entity exposures
Financial Modeling & Analytics
  • Build or maintain financial models to support Treasury reporting, forecasting and decision making related to:
    • Capital structure/financing
    • Risk management
    • Cash flow and liquidity
    • ABL activities
    • Debt compliance
    • Other Treasury or Finance related activities
  • Perform analytics and stress testing to assess the impact of both Treasury decisions and market volatility on liquidity, covenants and financial performance/metrics
  • Collaborate with FP&A to ensure forecast alignment
Executive Decision Support
  • Translate complex models into executive ready insights
  • Support Board, lender, and rating agency discussions
  • Serve as a strategic thought partner to the Treasurer
Performs other duties as assigned
