Role Overview

The Head of Treasury will lead the global treasury function and serve as a key strategic partner to the executive team. This position reports directly to the CFO and offers direct exposure to senior leadership. In addition to overseeing global liquidity, capital structure, and risk management, this leader will also manage the AP, AR, and shared services function with a team of 12 direct reports, ensuring financial resilience and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and execution of a global treasury strategy focused on liquidity planning, capital allocation, and risk mitigation
  • Manage global cash positioning, multi-currency liquidity, investment portfolios, and debt structures to maintain financial stability
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with banking partners, credit agencies, and external advisors
  • Collaborate with senior leadership on initiatives including mergers and acquisitions, working capital optimization, and financing strategies
  • Drive the implementation and optimization of treasury technologies and analytics to improve visibility and decision-making
  • Represent treasury in executive-level planning, forecasting, and risk management discussions
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and enterprise risk standards across all treasury operations
  • Lead the AP, AR, and shared services function, providing mentorship and development for a team of 12 direct reports
  • Champion a culture of performance, accountability, and continuous improvement within the treasury and shared services teams
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field; advanced certifications such as CTP preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in corporate treasury within a multinational environment

  • Strong strategic thinking and ability to translate complex financial concepts into actionable plans
  • Exceptional leadership and collaboration skills with experience influencing executive decision-making
  • Advanced proficiency in treasury systems and analytics platforms
