JOB SUMMARY: The Treasury Management Administrator provides operational support for Treasury Management products and services by coordinating customer implementations, maintaining system administration, providing technical support, and ensuring accurate product setup and maintenance.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:Customer Implementation
  • Coordinate implementation of all Treasury Management services.
  • Set up Treasury Management products within applicable systems.
  • Verify product functionality prior to customer use.
  • Conduct back-office customer onboarding activities.
Product Administration
  • Maintain and administer:
    • Positive Pay
    • Remote Deposit Capture
    • Business Bill Pay
    • Treasury Management profiles
    • Commercial account maintenance
Operations
  • Maintain service agreements & documentation.
  • Process service changes.
  • Monitor implementation timelines.
  • Maintain pricing records.
  • Prepare Treasury Management reports.
  • Coordinate vendor support requests.
Compliance
  • Verify Treasury Management agreements are complete.
  • Maintain customer documentation.
  • Ensure proper authorization documentation.
  • Support annual ACH reviews.
  • Assist with audit requests.
Risk Management
  • Monitor Treasury Management access.
  • Review customer permissions.
  • Assist with fraud monitoring.
  • Escalate suspicious activity.
  • Maintain segregation of duties.
  • Perform other duties as assigned
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS FOR CONSIDERATION:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field preferred.
  • 2–4 years of banking operations experience.
  • Treasury Management, Deposit Operations, or Electronic Banking experience preferred.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
  • Experience in TM products, sales and implementation.
  • Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
  • Possess a strong sense of professionalism, honesty and integrity.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent customer service abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
  • Sitting for long periods of time; occasional bending, squatting, kneeling, stooping; good finger dexterity and feeling; frequent repetitive motions; talking, hearing, and visual acuity.
  • Frequent lifting (up to 10 pounds of paper supplies or minor office equipment).
  • Driving to client locations and other sites as needed.

  • Normal office environment.
