Job description

Treasury Manager
We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Treasury Manager to lead key treasury and financial operations. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate daily operations, strengthening internal processes, supporting compliance and audit readiness, and partnering with internal teams, customers, vendors, banks, and business partners.
This person brings sound judgment, strong communication skills, and the ability to lead people, improve processes, and support a fast-paced, service-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily treasury operations, including cash management, cash application, banking activity, payment processing, and related financial controls.
  • Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing support, collections activity, corporate card administration, and related financial reporting.
  • Maintain banking documentation, bank account requirements, online banking access, and effective banking relationships.
  • Support audit requests, compliance activities, internal control documentation, 1099 reporting, journal entries, and treasury-related reporting.
  • Lead, coach, and support team members while promoting accuracy, timeliness, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Lead and support process improvements, system updates, banking implementations, automation opportunities, and cross-functional projects.

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm, hybrid role w/ minimum 3 days in office
Location: St Charles, IL
Candidates should be located in reasonable proximity to St. Charles, IL. Relocation assistance will not be provided.
Top Qualifications
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in treasury, accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash management, banking, or related finance operations required.
  • 3+ years of leadership or management experience required.
  • Advanced computer and Microsoft Excel proficiency required, with the ability to forecast cash.
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field preferred.
  • M3 and Concur experience preferred.
  • Experience with leading automation initiatives and driving process improvements.
  • Knowledge of cash application, collections, vendor payments, billing, reconciliations, payment controls, audits, and internal controls.
  • Strong understanding of treasury operations, banking, cash management, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial controls.
  • Excellent organization, project management, and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments and business partners.
  • Customer-focused with the ability to document procedures, monitor compliance, and support consistent processes.
  • Ability to adapt to changing systems, tools, compliance requirements, and business needs.
  • Comfortable working 40 hours per week.
  • Ability to read, write and speak English.

This is an exempt salary position and the hiring range for this position is expected to be $121,000-$140,000. This range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The salary range offered may depend on a variety of factors, including the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, and certifications or other professional licenses held.
