About the Role

As a Treasury Operations Analyst you will provide operational and administrative support to ensure the effective functioning of the Treasury Operations department. You will support the Treasury dealing team by ensuring accurate processing, settlement, and recording of financial market transactions, while maintaining strict compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls. You will also help to identify opportunities for process improvements, driving efficiency.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a role that's varied, processdriven, and central to the organisation's riskcontrolled environment.

About You

You'll be organised, accurate and confident managing a busy workload. You will bring strong communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with employees and external contacts alike. You will be able to work independently within set procedures, while also being a supportive and reliable team player. Most importantly, you'll have great attention to detail, a proactive mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Previous experience within a Treasury, Treasury Compliance or Finance function is essential to this role.

The Treasury Operations team is part of the Group Finance function, providing administrative support to the Society's treasury dealing team. This includes the settlement of all financial market/ treasury transactions, adherence to Treasury related regulation, and to ensure accurate records are maintained in Treasury systems.
