Purpose of Position
Independently supports control account management activities including forecasting, cost tracking, schedule coordination, variance analysis, reporting, and operational performance support activities. Supports performance visibility, forecast accuracy, baseline integrity, and reporting consistency, baseline integrity, and compliance requirements across assigned programs or operational areas.
Tasks and Responsibilities
  • Perform control account tracking, forecasting, cost analysis, and schedule coordination activities.
  • Support variance analysis, baseline maintenance, reporting accuracy, and operational performance visibility.
  • Maintain forecasting data, cost reports, schedule updates, and EVMS documentation activities.
  • Coordinate reporting activities across Program Controls, Finance, Operations, Engineering, and functional stakeholders.
  • Support monthly performance reporting, forecasting cycles, and operational review activities.
  • Identify reporting inconsistencies, forecasting risks, and schedule concerns while escalating complex issues appropriately.
  • Support variance resolution tracking, forecast recovery analysis, and performance improvement activities.
  • Maintain accountability for reporting accuracy, data integrity, and compliance requirements.
  • Support audit readiness, governance activities, and operational reporting requirements.

Minimum Education
  • Associate degree preferred in business, finance, accounting, operations management, program management, or related field.
  • Experience in Lieu of Degree: Four (4) years of directly related experience in program controls, forecasting, scheduling, financial analysis, project coordination, EVMS support, or operational reporting may be considered in lieu of degree requirements.

Minimum Experience
  • 2-5 years of program controls, forecasting, scheduling, financial analysis, project controls, operational reporting, or related experience preferred.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
  • Working knowledge of forecasting, cost tracking, schedule coordination, reporting, and baseline management processes.
  • Experience using ERP systems, EVMS tools, scheduling systems, and reporting applications.
  • Understanding of variance analysis, forecasting methodologies, and operational reporting practices.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and coordination skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively across operational and functional teams.
  • Ability to support multiple priorities in deadline-driven environments.
