Job Details

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Director of Treasury and Capital Management to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in the financial health and success of our company. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of our company's treasury operations, including cash forecasting, corporate debt, covenants, and interest rate exposure. Additionally, the role involves evaluating borrowing capacity, equity requirements, and capital improvements. The candidate will also be responsible for real estate financial modeling. This role requires a candidate with a deep understanding of financial markets and excellent analytical skills.

Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee all treasury operations, including cash management, investment activities, and risk management.
  2. Evaluate the company's borrowing capacity, equity requirements, and capital improvements to ensure financial stability and growth.
  3. Develop and manage cash forecasting models to predict future financial trends and provide strategic recommendations.
  4. Manage corporate debt, covenants, and interest rate exposure to minimize financial risk.
  5. Perform real estate financial modeling to support investment decisions and capital allocation.
  6. Collaborate with senior management to set financial strategy and policy.
  7. Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards.
  8. Develop and implement strategies to optimize capital structure and improve financial performance.
  9. Provide financial analysis and insight to support business decisions and strategy.
  10. Lead and manage the treasury team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
  1. A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. An MBA or other relevant post-graduate qualification is preferred.
  2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in treasury, finance, or a related field, with a focus on capital management.
  3. Strong experience in cash forecasting, corporate debt, covenants, and interest rate exposure.
  4. Proven experience in evaluating borrowing capacity, equity requirements, and capital improvements.
  5. Expertise in real estate financial modeling.
  6. Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  7. Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to manage teams effectively.
  8. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.
  9. Deep understanding of financial markets and the factors that influence them.
  10. High level of integrity and professionalism.
