Description:

The Director Treasury Management Program is a strategic and technical leader responsible for driving innovation across the bankโ€™s treasury management products and services. This role will lead the development of treasury management products and services strategies and implementation of roadmaps in alignment with organizational goals and customer needs. This role requires collaboration with technology, operations, risk, compliance and external partners to design, test, and launch new products and enhancements. Oversees vendor relationships and monitors product performance, user experience and financial results. Analyzes market trends, competitive offerings, and regulatory considerations to recommend product improvements and innovation initiatives.


Essential Duties:

  • Product & Service Innovation
  • Evaluate, recommend and implement Treasury Management Products and Services.
  • Collaborate with management and vendors to integrate new technologies into existing systems.
  • Develop proposals and recommendations on new products and services for executive management.
  • Technology & Software Management
  • Oversee the administration of loan software in the bank
  • Responsible for keeping abreast of upcoming changes and improvements to related software and incorporate updated functionality into bank services.
  • Program Strategy & Service Improvement
  • Lead initiatives to develop and execute strategies that differentiate the Bankโ€™s treasury management products and services that lead to customer growth, retention, and non-interest income profit margin.
  • Analyze current processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement that lead to measurable service improvement.
  • Reporting & Data Analytics
  • Design and maintain reports and real-time dashboards for Treasury Management Product and Services performance tracking and strategic analysis.
  • Works closely with COO and Business Line Partners to build dashboards and other applicable KPIs
  • Onboarding & Ongoing Training
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for training on treasury management products and services as improvements and changes are implemented in the training process.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • This position has supervisory responsibilities.


Other Duties:

Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry trends in Treasury Management related financial services. Represent the bank at industry conferences and vendor meetings related to Treasury Management Products & Services.

  • Proficiency in administrating loan software platforms. Experience with the Bankโ€™s core platform is strongly preferred (e.g., Jack Henry Silverlake, LoanVantage, Synergy, Synapsys)
  • Experience with data analytics tools (e.g., IBM Cognos Analytics)
  • Excellent project management and communication skills.
  • Ability to lead change and influence stakeholders across departments.

Education and/or Experience (Preferred):

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Five years of experience in banking, with a focus on Treasury Management, Operations or Digital Services.
