Description Job Description Summary: The Treasury Management Product Segment Manager manages, guides and supports the revenue growth of the Treasury Management segment through increased segment penetration and/or new product launch. Duties and Responsibilities: Utilizes expertise to build segments knowledge of how customers within industry adopt Treasury Management products and services. Leads large enterprise wide treasury management projects including but not limited to: Setting business strategy; developing business cases and project plans; writing/approving risk documents (PSRA); orchestrating Agile Epics/Stories; working with Go to Market team to launch; etc.

Manages the building and maintenance of relationships with sales and service to support segment sales and marketing efforts. Analyzes customer adoption patterns to create consolidated, efficient solutions to minimize sales and implementation effort. Works to blur the line of distinction of individual products and manages the development of market-based positioning and go to market tactics.

Develops, manages, and maintains integrated solution collateral and proposals. Guides customer demos and webinars to help sales establish credibility with customers. Coordinates with marketing segment to develop and publish customer endorsed use case studies and other collateral.

Manages, develops and performs targeted marketing campaigns. Leads the development and use of Use Audits to help sales uncover new opportunities and facilitates training to sales and service colleagues on how to position solution to distinguish Huntington. Performs other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree Minimum 10 years of Treasury Management experience Minimum 3 years of experience managing a diverse team Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree preferred Payments experience is a plus 10 years of Treasury Management experience 6 years of experience managing a diverse team CTP or similar Industry Certification preferred. Provides thought leadership and strategic planning Provides training, guidance and staff development in product knowledge, data management, business analysis and strategic planning Demonstrated/proven leadership skills Exempt Status: (Yes = not eligible for overtime pay) (No = eligible for overtime pay) Yes Workplace Type: Office Our Approach to Office Workplace Type Certain positions outside our branch network may be eligible for a flexible work arrangement. Compensation Range: 125,000.00 - 255,000.00 USD Annual The compensation range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and education. Colleagues in this position are also eligible to participate in an applicable incentive compensation plan
