Job Description:
Product Managers are the driving force behind the success of our products, features, and integrations. They transform product strategy into actionable roadmaps that deliver value to both customers and the business. This role will focus on driving the integration of Qolo's payment processing and treasury management capabilities into CSI Digital Banking solutions while ensuring alignment with CSI's broader digital banking strategy. Working closely with technology, design, business stakeholders, customers, and cross-functional teams, you will help shape the future of business banking experiences through innovative payment and treasury management solutions.
What You'll Do
  • Own the product strategy, roadmap, and delivery of business banking and treasury management capabilities within CSI Digital.
  • Lead the integration of Qolo products and services into CSI's digital banking ecosystem, including alignment with future Apiture initiatives.
  • Gather, evaluate, and prioritize enhancement requests, ensuring alignment with product strategy and business objectives.
  • Develop detailed epics, features, and user stories that clearly define customer needs, business requirements, personas, and user journeys.
  • Collaborate with development, UX/design, payments, and digital banking teams to deliver integrated and seamless customer experiences.
  • Manage and refine product backlogs while partnering with Technical Product Owners to ensure development teams have the context needed for successful delivery.
  • Track project milestones, delivery schedules, risks, and dependencies, providing regular updates to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate completed functionality and ensure solutions meet customer expectations.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for business banking, treasury management, payments, and digital banking products.
  • Partner with customers, beta programs, user groups, and industry events to gather feedback and influence product direction.
  • Support annual customer conferences, product demonstrations, and customer-facing discussions as needed.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams across CSI Digital, Payments, Core Banking, Apiture, and Qolo.
  • Support governance, risk management, business continuity, and compliance activities for assigned products.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Up to 2 years of Product Management, Business Analysis, Fintech, Banking, Technology, or related experience.
  • Experience working with software products, integrations, APIs, or digital solutions.
  • Understanding of business banking products and services.
  • Familiarity with payment processing concepts, including ACH, wire transfers, bill pay, FedNow, or related payment technologies.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to think critically about customer journeys and user experiences.
  • Experience collaborating across technical and non-technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience within banking, fintech, digital banking, treasury management, or payments environments.
  • Knowledge of treasury management solutions such as ACH Origination, Positive Pay, Wire Management, and Business Payments.
  • Experience managing complex product integrations across multiple platforms.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product development lifecycle.
  • Pragmatic Certified Level II or equivalent product management certification preferred.
  • Experience using Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, AHA, or similar product management tools.
  • Exposure to Figma and UX design collaboration.
  • Interest in leveraging AI tools to improve workflows and product development processes.

Travel
  • Up to 20% of travel, including visits to CSI offices, partner locations, customer meetings, industry conferences, and cross-functional project sessions.
