This position plays a key role in Dolby's Treasury Operations. The Senior Treasury Analyst will support all aspects of Treasury operations, cash, capital structure, foreign exchange and investment management activities.

Dolby is seeking a Senior Treasury Analyst to join the Global Treasury team, which oversees the company's global cash management, foreign exchange, investment management, bank relationship management, and insurance programs. In this position, you will work cross-functionally with various Dolby functions to scale the Treasury operations in a growing business. Primary responsibilities will focus on cash management, foreign exchange, investment management, as well as reporting, analysis, technology, and process improvements.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter who will work to continuously improve Treasury processes with the use of AI where possible while maintaining a rigorous control environment and compliance with various Dolby policies.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead global Treasury cash management operations, including global daily cash position, cash forecasting and short-term investing.
  • Lead cashflow metrics, trend analysis and treasury reporting.
  • Global bank accounts management includes opening, closing, maintaining signatory lists, FBAR process, KYC, and assisting with the administration of online banking platforms.
  • Manage Dolby's Foreign Exchange programs, including identify, forecast, analyze and hedge Balance Sheet and Cash Flow exposures.
  • Lead monthly Foreign Exchange hedge committee meetings to upper management.
  • Execute wire transfers for Treasury related transactions.
  • Oversee Dolby's investment portfolio, including internal and external portfolio management.
  • Establish investment performance benchmarks and review results with management.
  • Monitor daily compliance for Dolby's investment portfolios.
  • Manage the Custodian's relationship and prepare monthly/quarterly investment reports.
  • Ensure accurate/timely reporting of Treasury activities on Dolby's SEC filings.
  • Design, implement, and streamline treasury operational processes.
  • Assist with share buyback structure and program execution/settlement.
  • Develop and maintain Treasury policies and procedures.
  • Serve as primary liaison between A/P, A/R, Payroll, and the bank service providers.
  • Support Dolby's insurance program, including the annual renewal process.
  • Partner with IT to administer various banking platforms (including SOX compliance).
  • Participate or lead the implementation of various Treasury systems.
  • Assist with ad hoc analyses and special projects as needed

Qualifications:
  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree in business finance or accounting. MBA/CTP is preferred.
  • 5+ years of Treasury or applicable experience.
  • Must have a basic accounting knowledge and an excellent understanding of macroeconomics including financial markets, financial instruments, and investment theory.
  • Strong knowledge of Treasury related FASB is preferred.
  • Possess knowledge of banking and treasury systems. Prior experience with SAP is a plus.
  • The ability to self-start and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently to drive implementation of small and large-scale process improvements.
  • Working knowledge of Bloomberg.
  • Knowledge of foreign exchange hedging strategies and/or credit markets.
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Must be a critical thinker with attention to details who can seek innovative solutions to complex business/technical issues.
  • Must have good verbal, written, and presentation skills to articulate ideas and plans clearly, accurately, and effectively with all levels of internal and external audiences.
  • Experienced at working cross-functionally to support various stakeholders.
  • Must be a team player adept at facilitating an open exchange of ideas and know how to build win/win relationships.

The Atlanta Area base salary range for this full-time position is $89,100 - $120,100, which can vary if outside this location,plus bonus, benefits, and some roles may also include equity. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, competencies, experience, market demands, internal parity, and relevant education or training.
