  • Apply tax equity LLCA provisions and debt agreement requirements to calculate distribution payments and prepare withdrawal and distribution certificates.
  • Execute cash transfers between Nexamp Inc. and project-level entities, reviewing credit agreement restrictions and account balances before initiating wires or transfers.
  • Fund low-cash accounts, execute wires to project-related banks, maintain wire templates, and ensure transactions comply with applicable financing agreements.
  • Support live interest-rate swap executions under Senior Treasury Analyst oversight; manage trade confirmations, callback verifications, tracking, and settlement reconciliations.
  • Manage tax equity leverage and construction debt depository accounts, track project revenues under applicable loan agreements, and assist with bank-account setup and access.

What you'll bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in treasury operations, corporate finance, or accounting, ideally within the energy, infrastructure, or project finance.
  • Familiarity with accounts payable workflows and cross-functional coordination with Accounting.
  • Experience with cash management platforms and online banking portals ability to execute wires, ACH transfers, and inter-entity cash movements.
  • Exposure to tax equity structures, LLC/partnership agreements (LLCAs), or project-level debt agreements; ability to interpret distribution waterfall provisions and withdrawal/distribution certificate requirements.
  • Basic understanding of interest rate swaps or other derivative, including trade confirmation processes and settlement reconciliation.
  • Experience maintaining financial tracking schedules or logs such as cash balances, counterparty records, and covenant compliance trackers.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage high-volume, time-sensitive work with accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Excel; experience with treasury management systems (TMS) or ERP platforms is a plus.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with Accounting, AP, Asset Management, and banking counterparties
  • Commitment to Nexamp's mission and have a passion for solving tomorrow's climate crisis today.
  • Demonstrated experience in effectively communicating information, ideas, and perspectives with people inside and beyond your organization.
  • Experience in showcasing initiative to make improvements to current work, processes, products, and services across the organization. We value accountability and an ownership mentality.
  • Ability to ask appropriate questions, analyze data, identify the root causes of problems, and present creative solutions.
  • Expertise in building strong internal and external relationships with customers and stakeholders, instilling trust and loyalty across the industry.
  • Eagerness to develop a fundamental understanding of how Nexamp operates and then apply that knowledge effectively to inform business decisions.

If you don't meet 100% of the above qualifications, but see yourself contributing, please apply.
