Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Treasury Accountant to support daily treasury, banking, insurance, and compliance functions across international operations. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career professional with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate with cross-functional and overseas teams.
Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and maintain cash flow forecasts
  • Manage day-to-day relationships with financial institutions and respond to banking requests
  • Assist with payment request verification and petty cash management
  • Prepare LC (Letter of Credit) application documentation
  • Support bank account openings, online banking setup, banking profile maintenance, and payment template setup
  • Verify and follow up on suspicious or unauthorized transactions with internal and external stakeholders
  • Perform bank statement reconciliations
  • Resolve treasury-related issues involving overseas teams in China, Taiwan, and the Philippines
  • Assist with audits, regulatory examinations, and compliance requirements
  • Coordinate with internal departments on financial and accounting matters
  • Support insurance administration, including COIs, billings, payments, loss run reports, and policy file maintenance
  • Assist with insurance applications, cost quotations, and broker coordination
  • Support statutory and compliance filings in the Philippines and the U.S.
  • Prepare sublease rent schedules and operating expense reports in coordination with the real estate team
  • Monitor company credit card activity, including payments, statements, and user administration
  • Perform ad hoc accounting and treasury tasks as assigned

Requirements
