Job Description

Addison Group is partnering with a growing financial services organization seeking a Treasury Operations Analyst to join its team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented finance professional looking to build a long-term career within a dynamic and expanding organization. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting treasury, banking, payment processing, or finance operations functions and will thrive in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and organization are critical.

Responsibilities:

  • Support daily treasury operations, including the preparation and processing of cash movement requests and payment transactions.
  • Initiate and process wire transfers, ACH payments, and other electronic payment activities while ensuring compliance with internal approval procedures.
  • Coordinate vendor payments and employee reimbursements through expense management and accounts payable platforms.
  • Review payment requests and supporting documentation to ensure completeness, accuracy, and proper authorization.
  • Maintain detailed records of payment activity, approvals, banking confirmations, and audit support documentation.
  • Assist with cash account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies or outstanding items as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate timely funding, payment processing, and reimbursement activities.
  • Support process improvement initiatives and contribute to operational efficiency within treasury and finance functions.
  • Handle sensitive financial and banking information with a high degree of confidentiality and professionalism.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree completed or currently in progress.
  • 1+ years of experience in treasury operations, accounts payable, banking, accounting, finance operations, or payment processing.
  • Experience within financial services, mortgage lending, real estate finance, private credit, or related industries strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with payment processing platforms, expense management systems, or accounts payable software preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
