Hybrid Work Schedule

    Job Responsibilities

    • Assist with onboarding, maintenance, and periodic reviews of merchant accounts and payment processors, serving as a backup resource as needed.
    • Support the implementation of new merchant payment methods, processors, and system enhancements.
    • Respond to treasury- and merchant-related inquiries, including internal business partner questions and issue escalations.
    • Support compliance with payment network rules and requirements (e.g., Visa, Mastercard, ACH).
    • Prepare and/or process treasury payments and bank transfers, ensuring accuracy and adherence to banking instructions, country requirements, and internal controls.
    • Enter payments into banking systems and monitor electronic payments from intake through bank reconciliation.
    • Assist with regulatory and statutory reporting related to payments, cash management, and treasury compliance requirements.
    • Execute cash management and merchant services projects, as assigned by treasury leadership.
    • Support compliance with treasury policies, banking regulations, and internal control standards.
    • Document, maintain, and update cash management and merchant services process flows for the company and all current and future subsidiary platforms.
    • Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, accuracy, scalability, and compliance within treasury operations.
    • Assist treasury team members with ad hoc projects and daily operational tasks as needed.
    • Crosstrain with team members to support coverage of key treasury responsibilities.
    • Perform clerical and administrative treasury duties as required to support department operations.

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • 2 + years of experience in treasury operations, cash management, banking, payments, or financial operations.
    • Working knowledge of payment processing, merchant services, and electronic banking platforms, supporting daytoday cash and payment activities.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • 3+ years of experience supporting merchant services, payment processors, and payment networks, including ACH, Visa, and Mastercard.
    • 2+ years of experience working with Treasury Management Systems (TMS) and financial technology platforms (e.g., Kyriba, GTreasury), as well as ERP systems (e.g., Oracle Fusion, PeopleSoft) and online banking portals.
    • 2+ years of experience with payments-related regulatory and compliance standards, including PCI and NACHA requirements.
    • 2+ years of experience supporting process documentation, controls, and operational improvement initiatives within Finance or Treasury environments.
