What You'll Do
The Treasury Payments Analyst plays a critical role within the Treasury Operations team, supporting Farmers Insurance Group Federal Credit Union's mission to deliver secure and efficient financial services for our members. This position is responsible for processing electronic payments, ensuring regulatory compliance, delivering exceptional customer service, and providing operational support for treasury management activities.
  • Process electronic payments, ACH transfers, wire transactions, positive pay, remote deposit capture, sweeps, and related settlement activities with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Monitor and resolve payment exceptions, discrepancies, and inquiries from internal stakeholders and members.
  • Ensure all payment activities comply with applicable federal and state regulations, NACHA rules, and internal policies.
  • Support the Treasury team in daily cash management, bank reconciliations, liquidity monitoring, and reporting.
  • Provide responsive customer service to members and staff regarding payment issues, account activity, and transaction status.
  • Assist in documentation, process improvement initiatives, and technology enhancements to optimize payment workflows.
  • Collaborate with compliance, finance, and IT teams to maintain secure payment environments.

What You'll Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in electronic payment processing, treasury operations, or banking.
  • Strong knowledge of payment regulations, electronic funds transfer systems, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in banking platforms and MS Office; experience with payment and treasury management systems preferred.
