What will you do in this job?
  • Sort, grade and price donated products using store guidelines and computer generated ticketing software
  • Stock the retail sales floor with product
  • Assist with store cleaning
  • Work as part of a team who is responsible for meeting daily product goals
  • Help unload and load the merchandise truck
  • Stock and merchandise the sales floor
  • Help customers to find products they are seeking as needed

Compensation and Benefits for Full-Time Work:
Starting Rate: $18.00, with eligibility for annual performance-based increases. Maximum pay is $21.79, achievable through sustained good performance and years of service.
Benefits Include:
  • Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance: Employee and dependent premiums shared between the company and employee.
  • Company-Paid Life Insurance: Coverage provided at no cost to the employee.
  • Paid Vacation and Sick Leave: Accrued based on hours worked.
