As a subject-matter expert, you will provide both technical guidance and hands-on support for horizontal form fill and seal (HFFS) and tray sealing equipment. Reporting to the HFFS Product Line Manager, you will be responsible for machine assembly, factory acceptance testing (FAT), field installations, upgrades, and emergency service.**Does this work interest you?*** Troubleshoot, repair, assemble, install, and integrate complex machinery, applying advanced technical knowledge and independent problem-solving.* Ensure equipment meets inspection, testing, quality, and operational standards.* Lead or supervise customer personnel during equipment installation, integration, and service activities.* Diagnose and resolve equipment discrepancies.* Build and maintain strong customer relationships, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend product enhancements.* Interpret engineering drawings, wiring schematics, specifications, manuals, and technical instructions.* Collaborate with Operations to resolve customer inquiries and provide timely technical support.* Partner with Sales and Engineering to address installation, integration, and service-related issues.* Conduct final assembly, quality testing, and shipment preparation for new equipment.* Prepare detailed trip reports to document equipment status, service performed, and potential parts or upgrade opportunities.**What’s in it for you?** There's no monopoly on good ideas or limits to how far you can advance with our team.
