This position is a supervisory position of the patient tray line and retail food spaces


Supervises daily dietary services operations, including planning, preparation, serving, distribution, and sanitation activities on assigned shift. Serves as resource to staff, communicates processes and procedures, and facilitates appropriate training.
Education
  • H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) Required
Work Experience
  • 2 years of experience in food services/operations within healthcare, education, dining, or related field Required
  • 1 year of leadership experience Preferred
Licenses and Certifications
  • SAFE Serve Certification ServSafe certification Upon Hire Required
