Job description

CIMA Aviation is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to serve as the primary point of contact between our MRO clients and our repair/logistics operations. This isn't a traditional phone-support role - you'll be coordinating live repair orders, tracking parts through our ERP system, and working directly with technicians and shop floor staff to keep customers informed on lead times, costs, and delivery status. This is a great fit for someone who wants more ownership than a call-center job offers, in a fast-growing, competitive segment of the aviation industry. We invest in people who take initiative - strong performers have a clear path to grow within the company.
Requirements
  • Manage an assigned book of MRO clients, answering questions on order status, repair lead times, and cost estimates
  • Track parts and repair orders through our ERP/inventory system from intake to shipment
  • Coordinate with technicians and shop leads to confirm job status and expedite urgent (AOG) orders
  • Provide customers with paperwork, images, and delivery updates as requested
  • Flag delays proactively and follow up on open orders before customers have to ask

What You'll Need
  • 2+ years of customer service, logistics, or order coordination experience (aviation/MRO a plus)
  • Comfortable learning an ERP/inventory system (e.g., Quantum, Trax, AvSight - training provided)
  • Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent written/verbal English communication; strong attention to detail
  • Able to juggle multiple open orders and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
