REHAB DIRECTOR (PTA OR OTA) – FULL-TIME Traverse City, MI

Concept Rehab is seeking a motivated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) or Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) to lead our rehabilitation department as a Full-Time Rehab Director in beautiful Traverse City, Michigan.

This is an outstanding opportunity for a clinician who enjoys leading a team, mentoring therapists, and making a meaningful difference in the lives of older adults in a skilled nursing and post-acute rehabilitation setting.

What You'll Do
  • Lead the daily operations of the rehabilitation department.
  • Supervise and support a team of Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy professionals.
  • Partner with facility leadership to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with Medicare, state, and company regulations.
  • Manage staffing, scheduling, productivity, quality measures, and departmental performance.
  • Mentor clinicians while fostering a positive, collaborative team culture.
  • Build strong relationships with patients, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members.

Qualifications
  • Current Michigan PTA or OTA license required.
