Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented, compassionate, and organized full-time Certified Medical Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for both administrative and clinical tasks, traveling to patients' homes and/or medical facilities in the Oklahoma City, OK region, while ensuring the utmost patient care and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Clinical Duties:
  • Check vital signs.
  • Review medical history.
  • Address chief complaints.
  • Administer medications and vaccinations as directed.
  • Perform EKGs, wound care, and other diagnostic tests.

Administrative Duties:
  • Schedule appointments and manage patient flow.
  • Maintain and update electronic health records (EHRs).
  • Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and route messages.
  • Handle correspondence, billing, and medical documentation.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program preferred.
  • Certification (CMA, RMA, or CCMA) is strongly preferred.
  • 1+ years of experience in a medical office or clinic is a plus.
  • CPR / AED preferred.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and EMR systems preferred.
