Key Responsibilities- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide clinical oversight and supervision of RBTs
- Analyze data and adjust programming as needed
- Lead and conduct caregiver training and collaboration
- Maintain accurate, ethical documentation
Qualifications- Active BCBA certification in good standing
(or eligibleRBTs nearing completion of fieldwork hours are encouraged to apply) - Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field
- Experience working with individuals with ASD or developmental delays
- Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills
- Commitment to ethical, family-centered care
- Based on Oahu or willing to relocate
- Compassionate, growth-oriented mindset
