Overview

The Inventory Manager ensures efficient store operations by maintaining accurate stock levels, organizing back stock, and supporting merchandising efforts through sales tracking and reporting. They also lead company processes to ensure accurate inventory management.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Partner with Store Manager and Ordering Manager on inventory needs
  • Maintain back stock and ensure timely product placement with management
  • Lead inventory counts, audits, cycle counts, and RA processes
  • Oversee and delegate shipment processing and PO creation
  • Ensure sales floor is consistently stocked and filled in real time
  • Track weekly sales reports to optimize stock levels
  • Train staff on inventory systems and procedures and product knowledge
  • Support store events, meetings, and company initiatives
  • Maintain awareness of product trends and visual standards
  • Support omni-channel sales and fulfillment processes

Skills & Requirements

  • Minimum 1-2 years experience managing in a similar role
  • Previous experience in a retail clothing space
  • Positive, outgoing, and encouraging attitude!
  • Professional appearance, must follow AVN presentation standards
  • Strong product knowledge, including SKUs and third-party items
  • Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational ability
