Our client, a leader in autonomous vehicle technology , is seeking a Mission Readiness Associate 2 to join their team. As a Mission Readiness Associate 2 , you will be part of the Mission Readiness Department supporting the Fleet Operations and Vehicle Readiness Teams . The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills , excellent communication skills , and a safety-first mindset , which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title:  Mission Readiness Associate 2

Location:  San Francisco, CA 94103

Pay Range:  $34/hr

What’s the Job?

  •  
  • Ensure vehicles, equipment, and workspaces are clean, organized, and operationally ready.
  • Perform vehicle charging, software bring-up, mission preparation, and readiness checks.
  • Support vehicle logistics, inventory management, and spare parts readiness.
  • Assist with documentation, data collection, and issue escalation during operations.
  • Support vehicle recovery efforts and provide testing and operational assistance as needed.

What’s Needed?

  •  
  • 2–4 years of related work experience in operations, logistics, technical support, or a similar field.
  • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record and ability to pass MVR, background, and drug screenings.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks including standing, walking, bending, and kneeling.
  • Strong multitasking, problem-solving, and communication skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to travel locally and nationally (less than 30%) and maintain a safety-focused approach to work.
