Job description

Position Summary
Are you passionate about delivering excellent service and building lasting customer relationships? EPSI is looking for a motivated Route Sales Driver to support our customers across Wisconsin, Illinois, Iowa, and Minnesota. In this role, you'll maintain customer inventories, process orders, resolve inquiries, and provide ongoing support while representing our company on the road.
Position compensation includes base pay, monthly commission, and quarterly bonuses!
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Conduct scheduled physical inventories for existing customers and obtain purchase orders to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Organize, label, and cycle inventory in customer storage areas.
  • Respond to questions about products, pricing, availability, and product use within your authority and knowledge.
  • Process incoming orders for your territory, up-selling when possible, and notifying the territory representative of key activities.
  • Work closely with outside sales representatives to understand customer needs and prepare samples as needed.
  • Investigate and help resolve product claims and complaints, recommending corrective actions as appropriate.
  • Prepare and submit regular activity, sales volume, and expense reports.

Minimum Qualifications
  • High school diploma required; associate's degree preferred.
  • Minimum two years of related experience and/or training.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in office equipment and software (word processing, spreadsheets, database applications).
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business documents.
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively within the designated region.
